Just got back from a few days in Venice.

We stopped off in Gatwick and met up with friends, Kathleen's friend Kate and my friend Bob. Bob joined the Army with me in August 1969, so we go a long way back. Bob is now head of security at the airport so we felt very safe, even though the poor chap now looks huge since stopping smoking 6 years ago...we were both 10 stone 2 lbs when we first met ( I am now 13 stone and a 33" waist, he must be well over 16 stone and a 42" waist ).
